This bank owned property was in very poor shape. After stripping the original kitchen we lightened up the look with white shaker cabinets and concrete quartz countertops.
In addition to upgrading the kitchen we installed Marmoleum flooring and improved the staircase to the basement.
It is hard to believe with this before picture that there was actually something hiding behind the foliage! After we cleaned it up and refaced the house it began to sing...
Similar to the front, everything was pretty shabby. A newly updated deck, fence and landscaping vastly improved the back yard
The original living room was in an obvious state of disrepair but beneath the carpets were wonderful fir floors that we refinished. With some new paint and lighting it became very livable.
Lightening up the ceiling and upgrading the windows and front door helped tremendously.
The bathroom was stripped down to bare studs, with new plumbing, electrical and fixtures.
What was originally the only laundry facility in the house was converted to a second bathroom. The laundry was reconfigured behind this new bathroom.
The basement was in very poor condition throughout. A complete rewiring of the house with new windows, flooring, lighting and paint gave new life to it.
